        Make sure you charge the prices that you quote. I was double charged for delivery and then again for pickup. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone about the matter; I was contacted via email and told that their decision was final without ever speaking to a human being. The reasoning for the double charges made no sense. I will never recommend PODS to anyone I know. I will tell them to steer clear.

        Used PODS multiple times to store items for a reno to moving across state lines. I've stored at my home, at their site, and used their delivery service. I also had people pack and unpack through their recommended providers. Every single experience has been excellent.
