If I could leave 0 stars I would. I asked to take 8 weeks off, I got told that if I took 8 weeks off. I would loose credit for some of my classes, I would have to re-enroll, deal with new tuition costs etc. The student advisors are rude, instructors are absent minded and don't care. This school is nothing but money hungry, as long as you are paying they don't care about anything else. Find a better school to go too! Don't waste your time nor money.

Worst experience with online school EVER!!! While is not ideal to fail a class things happen. They make you pay for books all over again even though you still are able to access your old book. Student advisors are a joke. If you havent already enrolled STAY AWAY!!!!

Emails do not match with what they tell you over the phone. Please always keep a record of every communication you have with them it will help towards the forgetful minds they have. The assignments are outdated and do not match with todays agenda. Quizzes do not match the assignments. If you dont say a word they will continue being nice to you but as soon as you question them thats when the wolves come out of hiding. I was charged for an additional class that I did not take and when questioned they kept sending me different people and could not come up with a solid answer.

I was an applicant for admissions. I sent them an email in the very beginning to let them know to never call me, because I am autistic, so phone calls need to be planned in advance. I told them that unplanned phone calls are very hard for me, as an autistic person, and need this accommodation. They still called me everyday. Finally, I decided to answer and they immediately called me by the wrong name. The school asks for a preferred name, which I gave to them, since I am a transgender person who does not go by my legal name. Upon answering the phone, I let them know the correct name and my correct pronouns. I also let them know that I did email the school to cease and desist all phone calls, because I am unable to handle phone calls I am not prepared for. I found out, this was a call center, these aren't folks at a brick and mortar institute in Arkansas. The representative called me 'disrespectful' all because I corrected my name, pronouns and let them know not to call me without prior arrangements. This is both transphobic and ableist, ableist because I do not choose to be autistic. I was born with autism. I cannot help that I need everything planned. I need accommodations and the UoA Grantham call center representative told me, an autistic person, that I was disrespectful for asking for accommodations. The representative started interrupting me and raising their voice at me and I nearly went into an autistic meltdown so I had to say "cease and desist and cancel my enrollment" and I hung up and blocked their phone number. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any university. I have a disability and needed a simple accommodation to not be called. Email me instead. Other admissions reps from other universities have been very accommodating when I mention all the same information. Those schools have made sure to not call me unless we plan a phone call in advance, which has been done by email. UoA Grantham does not respect autistic nor transgender individuals so I do not recommend applying here if you are disabled or LGBTQIA+.
