Terrible experience. It took them over 3 months longer than they quoted me. I kept having to call for an update. It was almost done and they said someone would call when it was done but they didn't call. When it was picked up, it wasn't what we talked about at all. It was engraved into the rock instead of in granite and inset. It was also upside down. And there was supposed to be a granite inset on the back as well. When the person was asked about this, they basically said "We didn't know why you would want it this way so we didn't do it" Instead of just calling the customer and clarifying what they wanted. Very poor communication. In the end, they inset the granite using gray glue (which doesn't match). We wrote them a letter about this but they never responded. So sad.

Wonderful service, very professional at the time of purchase. HOWEVER I also had vases made for each side of my mother's tombstone. They had to bring them after the tombstone was set. Because they had to make them. When they attached the vases to the tombstone the drain holes were on the very bottom and they sealed both vases drain holes to the tombstone. Therefore they held rain water and both vases broke. I have called them starting before Christmas 2022, sent pictures. I get text saying they have to talk to Travis. No word on what they will do. My mother's tombstone is at the front gate of Pleasant Grove Cemetery so everyone sees the broke vases when they pull up. Everyone knows her tombstone is not a year old. People ask me and I tell them of the situation. I would have recommended McGee Monument to everyone until this happened. They get their money, then no customer service after the purchase. Even when it's their fault.
