The office staff acted rude towards my health insurance rep on the phone who was trying to sort out billing so that my claim would process as in network to save me money and get the dentist office paid correctly. They talked over him, interrupted him, and acted adamant that they were in the right despite not knowing which provider number they should be billing under. Now I have to find a new dentist because of their stubbornness, which is a shame because Dr Abbott is great (and Im sure Dr Colclasure is too.
