Working with a relative. They bought a house cheap and sold for more than double. Yes I bought it...Bit Action realtor said home owner fixed the yard, so specific said he left extra dirt, but yard was never touched. 3 weeks later sign still in my yard, realtor lock still on my door. No regard for property. Pictures available for proof. Names if you need them. Buyer beware.

This lady is awesome! She was so helpful during the entire process. She met with us, answered every question under the sun that we had, reviewed everything with us, and answered more questions. If she did not know something, she asked and got right back to us. She was available when we needed her, she was quick to respond, explained everything well. I could go on and on. I was calling to find out about rentals for Section 8 but was told to come and pick up a property listing. Not sure how much that would help me unless it has listings for Section 8. The woman that I spoke to was nice enough though.
