It took them over a week to figure out how to submit, at first telling me I owed a state over $45k and that my company had made errors on my W2. Turns out, my company had it correct and H&R Block just didn't know how to file a partial year resident form.
Following that, they also failed to submit my taxes properly, so nothing was actually pulled from account. I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get this resolved and they always tell me they'll get back to me and never do.
Lastly, I called the corporate office since the local office wasn't being of help and it turns out the corporate office can't do anything. Everything has to go through the local office.
Truly, this is a scam of a company, with horribly incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs.
