Overbook and no guarantee!!! They booked our reservation and confirmed it. When it came time to pick up the vehicle they had ZERO CARS! They couldnt even commit to having a car later in the week. They routinely overbook and hope people cancelthen if everyone actually shows up they just turn them away. Highly recommend using Turo instead. Had a great experience with them and they saved our trip.

I cannot say enough about Alex and the wonderful staff of this location. They went above and beyond time and time again to help my family and I with several rentals we had through the company. He reached out personally to confirm that everything was up to standards and when they weren't, continued to work tirelessly to make sure they were corrected. The time and patience that was taken really made me appreciate him and all of the hard work that was put in. Even after our flight was cancelled and we had to drive to LA to catch our next flight he and Heather at this Bishop location were beyond helpful. They worked with us, gave us options for the extra day to save money, and made sure we were happy all along the way. We are grateful for all the support and assistance through this whole journey and can ensure that you are in the right hands. They certainly did "take care of their customers...first" and I hope they receive recognition for this!!!

The experience in Bishop was appalling we waited just short of 2 hours to get our car that we had reserved the attendant was so slow we almost missed our flight because it took soooooo long.

The manager Alejandro and front desk Emilio is very helpful! With the extreme weather, they are able to accommodate and provide best customer care possible, and satisfy customers needs. I arrived at MMH location first, Cruz told me they dont have any cars, but he is able to connect me with Alejandro which confirmed he can provide me a car to go home! Their car are very clean and he provided details walk through of the vehicle. I definitely recommend them, they did absolutely fantastic job!
