Ordered food on the application it accepted my order and then I proceeded to the drive thru and was promptly told by a worker at 10:30pm that they were closed and that they never received my order even though my order went through to the app no problem. They claim short staffed and that they were cleaning up and closed prior to my arrival already prior to their actual closing time at 11:00pm. Terrible service. Terrible customer service and whats worse is that if I was to do this at my place of work and told someone that I couldnt service patrons between actual business hours. I would be fired. America use to take pride in their work and workplace now its just ran by soulless workers who simply lack a sense of pride and would rather delicate to a refund process than actually providing a service. Sad times we are in and will be avoiding this particular location due to the lack following their company policy and guidelines. TLDR: On the other hand I expect that their kitchen must be spotless if theyre are advising customers business is closed during working hours and will Not serve you due to made up excuses by workers but workers can be seen messing around on their phone rather than serving patrons. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Gregorio took my order, great customer service the restaurant was clean. The food was hot and tasty I dont come here often because its far from where I live but when I get a chance I stop by.
