Sales reps are extremely dishonest, They inflate prices even on cell phone service plans. Also beware of their store network, It blocks T-Mobile Online Promos sites. So you will not be able to upload and view online promotions on your phone until youre at least a mile away! Its best to just call T-Mobile and avoid middle man.

Customer service here & knowledge could be greatly improved. Here are my 3 problems with T-Mobile Encinitas. I bought a phone here, phone glitches out, apps become inaccessible, even call log is stuck on 2 weeks ago. I come into T-Mobile and home boy has a weird standoff-ish demeanor & attitude and tells me go to the Apple Store what do you want me to do? I ask if I would be covered by insurance if its a serious problem and he quickly says yeah without actually verifying anything. I dont even know if I have insurance! He most definitely did not want to help me, instead just wanted to get rid of me. All I wanted was a little help. Lastly, I was told by the staff here that you get $800 off the new iPhone if I trade mine in because of my plan & that my remaining balance would be around $300. My wife & I both traded in and figured we could pay off in a week or so no big deal. I come in today & im told the balance is $2,000. To clarify, the same man told me if I upgraded to 512GB then the $800 bonus gets applied as a credit over time. For the standard 256GB it is a instant credit that allows you to payoff around $300
