Dr. O'Neill was fantastic in the Neurology department. He listened to my input and answered my question completely and showed caring and understanding. The facility was clean and all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. You just know they care about the family members they take care of and it shows. Cannot recommend a better place.

Dr. Sanchez, Adam (Emergency DA), Hannah (Anesthesia) & Jessie were amazing in Baileys surgery. She had a cancerous tumor on her liver, as well as 3 other growths (that didnt seem to grow but we scheduled them to be removed together). Dr. Sanchez was so smart kind and compassionate. He was articulate in explaining the condition quickly and was honest that at her age, body weight (very skinny) and the blood tests (showing her liver enzymes high) she is best recommended to do the liver lobectomy in a few days. I called later the same day of the consult and booked it. It was $15k. The quote was high but the itemize it with a sliding scale and charge you what is completed. The range was $11-16k. He didnt recommend an extra CT after we did the Ultrasound because he said doing the surgery was the best way to see the tumor. Dr. Snchez was also very healthy, calm and giving off good positive vibes. He had a steady hand and drew out her organs exposing the liver, risks (like if it grew near the left side gallbladder or central blood supply on top) and how he would prioritize her (her life first, and removing as much as he could without her blood pressure slipping). He was honest real and authentic. Worth every penny for our lady. The office was amazing to book the consult and surgery. The sent the paperwork electronically and called twice a day to check in and give updates. The whole experience was a reliable and easy. We highly recommend this place for surgery for your pet! We are so grateful and blessed to have worked with them. Saving animals lives everyday thank you MASH!

Dr Sanchez was amazing! He is knowledgeable and attentive! I felt confident having my kitty in his care! The front desk was also great!

MASH has been wonderful for my 9-yr-old cat. She headed downhill rapidly, and the local Studio City vet ran out of ways to help, so suggested a specialist. She was diagnosed, treated, and made such a great recovery that she now is meds-free, which was thought impossible at first. Dr. Bisagnano was just great. (Brace yourself as it is not inexpensive!)

Made an appointment a month out with internal medicine, they were quick to get their $225 deposit, but cancelled a couple days before the appointment. They couldn't tell us when their next appointment was.
