This place is way unprofessional how do mess up an order on Valentine's Day an get mad at the customer saying you have to many orders that day to deliver, YOU HAVE ONE JOB an they didn't make good on delivery even after the order was paid an now they ignore phone calls for refund for flowers never delivered I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EXPECTING TO GET A SIMPLE JOB DONE!!!! I would not recommend this place for any major holidays for flower delivery they obviously can handle demand.....

Bea Flowers  did not provide good service. They took my money and failed to deliver my Flowers I bought for my girlfriend on Valentines Day.  The lady was rude, they also did not take down my information to know who was ordering the Flowers, even know I text them the information. If you read this review look somewhere else for better service. Bea Flowers  is not it.

HORRIBLE customer service. Gave me the run around about my bouquet delivery and dropped them off 12 HOURS AFTER the requested time. They also forgot to include the note. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont ruin a special day / give them your hard earn money, they definitely dont deserve it.
