After having a horrible experience with a previous dealership, Airport Marina Honda was a breath of fresh air. Our car salesman, Leslie, was courteous and thoughtful. He kept all conversation on subject and straight to the point. We was able to close the deal rather swiftly and drove off the lot with a beautiful new car. Highly recommend this dealership

The only reason for the two stars is because my sales associate was very nice. But the service department is the WORST specifically Naomi. I made my reservation for service and when I came I wasn't greeted at all and had an attitude. She just asked for my name and number and if I had made my reservation the same day. I told her that my screen was glitching and she said that's the camera that you have. The camera is connected through the cigarette lighter so one thing has nothing to do with the other. She said it was going to be that. She was still sitting in my car when she was telling me that it was going to be $175 for a diagnostic. I told her that it was covered by the coverage since the car has less than 12,000 miles. Had an attitude and told me she would call me at 12:30. 12 came by, 12:30 and 1pm. I called the dealership to ask for an update and when asked who I spoke to I couldn't say anything since she NEVER gave me her name. Once I described her I was told what her name was. She finally called me back @1:40 to tell me my car would be done in 15 minutes. When I got there to pick up my car she saw I had a whole car seat and didn't even bother to hold the door open. I walked in to get my car, and she told me that the total would be $85. I told her that I wasn't paying since it was covered and I was supposed to get 2 free oil changes. From 9am to 2pm she didn't even bother to look at my profile to see that the maintenance was free. I also got no apology for trying to charge. She simply gave me my keys. Also my 21 point inspection wasn't done. So I have no idea how my brakes or battery are.

UPDATE April 2024 I have become friends with the staff here at Airport Marina Honda. Lyle Ota goes beyond the normal to make things happen. We have been emailing each other since there is currently a recall for the fuel pump. Lyle reached out and said there will be one this week, so I made an online appointment. I waited there and enjoyed a coffee latte. The bathrooms are clean. There are charging phone stations too. This fuel pump installation was going to take 3 hours, but it was done in 2.5 hours! Yay! Richard was my service person who was very kind, professional and friendly. Five stars for Richard! Tip: make your Service appointments ONLINE. You can arrive early and if they are not busy, they will start working on your car immediately. The best team is here at Airport Marina Honda. I came here to have a maintenance check up on my 2018 Honda Accord and ended up buying my car! My 3 year lease ended and I wasn't sure what to do. While waiting for my car, I spoke with Mike Acosta who gave me all the options. Mike has helped me with my leases since 2009. I test drove the new Honda 2021 Accord, with Mike wearing a mask, face shield, sitting in the back seat with the windows open. I felt very Covid safe! Danielle Juarez ,the service director followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Lyle Ota is someone I have dealt with over the years, so I always request him, but these days he oversees the service department. Paula Zapien was my service coordinator and she found coupons I could use! Brian Twoomey is the general manager and he always makes sure to say HELLO. He worked with Mike Acosta to make sure I got a great deal for my car loan. Overall, I love these guys! They treat their customers well and this is why I have been loyal since 2009! The dealership is very Covid safe. The table for the customers are well assigned, 6 feet from staff. Each desk has a plexi shield. I saw the tables and chairs cleaned while waiting. Overall, I truly feel like I am very special here with such VIP treatment. It is such a rarity when one is treated with such kindness by the entire staff. I do not understand the 1 star reviews. Today I went in for my oil change. I scheduled my appointment online. I knew exactly how much it would cost.
Upon arrival, I waited in my car and Monica Giles approached and was going to be done. A service guy promptly placed a plastic sheet on the driver's seat and paper on the floor. I was told they were a bit behind schedule, but I didn't mind waiting. Inside the chairs are spaced 6 feet apart. There are no pastries and coffee machine at this time due to Covid protocol.
Everyone treated me with respect. Thank you Airport Marina Honda!
