I wanted to find a good salsa and Bachata class in Santa Monica area. After trying Alexiss Bachata class, I dont want to go anywhere else. Everyone in her class loves her and loves the way she gives instruction. Alexis is the best! Come to check it out!!

As a man who had always felt self-conscious about his dancing abilities, I was hesitant to sign up for Alexiss dance classes. However, I knew I needed to push past my fears if I wanted to improve my social life and enjoy myself at events where dancing was involved. During my first class with Alexis, I was nervous and uncertain of my ability to keep up with the other students. But Alexis immediately put me at ease, starting with some basic steps and encouraging me to move to the music. Her approach was patient, compassionate, and supportive. She took the time to break down each move into small, manageable parts, providing clear and concise instructions that were easy to follow. Especially for the overthinker types AKA me. As I progressed through the classes, it surprised me at how quickly I could pick up new steps and techniques. Alexiss teaching style was effective in building my confidence and helping me to push past my self-doubt. I began to feel more comfortable on the dance floor and less self-conscious about my moves. Alexis was always there to offer guidance and support, whether it was through gentle corrections or words of encouragement. One of the things that impressed me the most about Alexis was her ability to customize the lessons to suit my specific needs. She was attentive to my learning style and adapted her teaching approach to fit my unique needs. She was always willing to go the extra mile, taking the time to explain and demonstrate moves until I could execute without thinking about it. Through Alexiss expert guidance and patient instruction, I have been able to accomplish things I never thought possible. To the extent that my family and friends have noticed how much Ive grown as a person and that they cant wait to see how far Ill go.. I now feel more comfortable and confident on the dance floor, and I am able to enjoy dancing at social events without feeling self-conscious. Her methods have not only developed my dancing skills but also have given me a newfound sense of confidence in other areas of my life. I would highly recommend Alexis as a dance teacher for anyone looking to develop and improve their dancing skills, overcome their fears, and achieve a sense of accomplishment. Her teaching approach is effective, compassionate, and supportive. This along with her encouragement and dedication to helping her students grow make me believe she can transform the lives of her students. I am forever grateful to her for helping me to conquer my fear of dancing and to experience the freedom and joy that comes with it.

I have taken many dance classes in LA and often felt lost in the crowd. In Alexis' class she was able to offer personal attention and feedback. She teaches with clear direction and creates a fun, friendly atmosphere. I was able to grow and connect with the other dancers in the class and go out dancing together in salsa clubs where I never before felt comfortable. I gained confidence and courage in ways I didn't know were possible. Her classes are fun which makes learning easy.
