Exer Urgent Care - West Hollywood - Sunset Blvd

Receptionist very attentive and efficient. I was told on the phone the office would give me a referral with my diagnosis. AFTER, I paid they then told me they dont give referrals. The Dr. didnt seem as if they wanted to be there and were not helpful with their diagnosis. Also, very eager to rush me out. Said everything looked fine and just use crutches for a week. After seeing specialist found out much more serious injury which will require surgery.

Great clinic! I walked in to get a COVID test, the staff was very kind and helpful. The wait time was negligible, I was in and out quickly and I got my results on their website shortly after my visit. I called them to follow up with some questions I had and once again the service was impeccable. update: Although this clinic is in my network, they sent my tests to be processed at an out-of-network lab and now I'm left with 1011.63$ bill to pay. BE MINDFUL OF THIS!!!!

This is a scam urgent care facility. Theyre listed as an approved urgent care provider on my insurance - specifically this location. But upon check-in, they claim that its their sister location in bfe whoknowswhere. Just a bunch of greedy, inefficient healthcare workers who do not give a genuine F about you and only care about making money. Dont come here.

This review is for corporate I just left this clinic before I even got checked in because this face scanner check in with a remote worker in Chatsworth process is not working or worth the hassle. Id rather stay sick than navigate the headache of these cost-cutting measures.
