        Hate dropping my pet off. They had in person visits but then used the old COVID trick of drop off only and still haven't gone back. I'll gladly put on a mask to be with my pet for a 20 minute visit vs a 5 hour drop off.

        Not a bad experience I just wish they had normal appts and that they werent all drop off. Had to leave my 13 year old dog for 5 hours for a fecal sample and deworming. Thats just too long for An old pup! But the service other than that is good.

        Did nothing for my dog then when my 10 year old died suddenly that want to charge me for poor service. Don't do it, find a local place that cares about your pet.
