The Melrose Vet

when my past vet for 25 years and multiple pets, that rhymes with overland, said it would be 6 weeks to see my cat with an urgent problem, I found the Melrose Vet. I got in the same day. this was well after covid ended and obviously unacceptable to me and my animal in need.. since then I have been very happy with the doctors and staff in front and behind the scene at the melrose vet. I have worked the most with Dr. Grewal as well as govin and mariah, although again, I have enjoyed EVERYONE. I have worked with govin the most who is pleasant, personable, polite and professional. the melrose vet is thoughtful to explain the solutions, options and charges with a minimal wait time, if at all. pete Los Angeles

Excellent Doctor and staff Super Clean office and my dog was treated very well. Office visit was priced fairly for a metro Los Angeles Doctor

If I could rate this place, zero stars, I would. Ive given this business multiple chances and have been met with tons of attitude from different receptionists. One receptionist told me I could walk in for Bravecto and would not need to make an appointment. I came in at 9:33am (keep in mind they open at 8am) and there was nobody at the front desk. I waited and waited. Eventually one woman yelled from the back that she would be right there and she never came out. After waiting 10 minutes I finally decided to leave. Once I got to my car, I realized I left my keys on the front counter when I got back to the counter, a man and woman from the back miraculously appeared. I told him Ive been waiting for 12 minutes and it was highly unprofessional. I then paid for the expensive Bravecto after waiting for a long time. I will not be coming back to this veterinarian. Their staff is highly unprofessional and not worth the price.
