None of the cloths fit me very well

I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience yesterday! Cheryl, the sales associate, was amazing. She worked with me on the style I wanted to create and suggested outfits and sizes that were perfect as well as some clothing I might not have considered. (I was buying clothing too big and not tailored for my body style) The quality of the clothing is wonderful and the attention I received so appreciated. I will continue to shop and purchase clothing there especially when Cheryl is working.

Shopped for a long cruise and looked elegant every time I left the Room. The staff was very helpful gathering all the things that I would need. It was a real pleasure being in the Modesto Chico's.

Would have given 5 but I'm sorry if I'm the only person in the store a little effort could have been wonderful. I had to interrupt their conversation to get help. The young lady who offered me a room and handled my transaction was darling the other one I will give the benefit of the doubt and guess she was having a bad day? All of her responses were " matter of fact" borderline annoyed I was taking her time. Unfortunate. I will stick with my Stockton store.

So I drive 43 miles to find the store not only closed but a sales associate advising me to come back tomorrow.  WTF?   Not going there!  As a Chico's frequent flyer I pride myself in being stylish.  I don't order online as either I don't like the fit and I like to see first hand what I may look like.  Also don't blame civic 19 - you've had long enough!
