Pacific Hearth & Home in Rancho Cordova was amazing. I ordered my beautiful gas fireplace insert and within 4 weeks my insert was installed by John and Justin. These two men did an outstanding job with the installation. They arrived on time and were very professional. They had to trouble shoot an old gas line that was installed back in 1950. They did an outstanding job for us. I highly recommend John and Justin.

Pacific Hearth & Home in Rancho Cordova guided us through the design and planning of our electric fireplace insert, stonework and wood beam mantel. The team was patient and helpful, and the end result is exactly what we wanted. I also appreciated that they do everything from start to finish. I cannot praise Pacific Hearth and Home enough for their exceptional service. In 2020, we bought a SimpleFire Linear fireplace, and unfortunately, right after the warranty expired in 2022, the rear flame stopped functioning. I called SimpleFire, and they told me they could do nothing. Take that as a warning about terrible customer service at SimpleFire. I then called Pacific Hearth and Home, and they promptly responded and diligently investigated the issue. Despite SimpleFire repeatedly sending ineffective replacement parts, Pacific Hearth and Home went above and beyond, making multiple visits and spending several hours each time to replace the faulty components from SimpleFire. To our immense relief, the owner of Pacific Hearth and Home, whom I believe is named Matt, took a personal interest in resolving the problem and devised a solution out of his frustration with the situation. Thanks to their unwavering dedication, our fireplace is now functioning perfectly again after enduring eight months of frustrating delays caused by SimpleFire's inefficiency. We are incredibly grateful for Pacific Hearth and Home's invaluable assistance.
