This hub locker use to be great!! But my past visits to here they seem to be a lack of shortage on help with the customer service employees complaining they have no help which affects me the customer in getting my package delivered on time ,, on March 31 , 2024 I came to get my package and sign on front door had new hours which I was in the time frame but the customer service office closed with lights off ,,, I came back 3 time that day up to closing time 5pm like the sign said and it was still close ,,, came back the following day and the lady said she was the only one there trying to scan all the packages in and ask if I could come back in 30 minutes,,, came back 2 hours later @ 2:22 pm and sign on door said at lunch be back in 3:00pm ,, this seems a little ridiculous and not able to speak to anyone at this location no more ,, call the 1-800 number and get some person in another country and dont understand English nor they are able to contact the United States location to properly help you out ,, theres no customer service what so ever with Amazon

Not bad if when you actually find the place, like the whole convenience of drop and go with amazon.
