        This review is for Stephanie R. It seems like post COVID, every business and restaurant has a lull in customer service. Today, Stephanie caught me off guard for how chill, friendly and knowledgeable an employee can be. I had a lot of questions about Redkens ever changing product lines :-/ , and Stephanie knew everything without hesitation. I rarely write a review and most reviews online are usually when a client is upset. But Stephanies swift yet calm demeanor gives me faith in retail that not all is lost. She put a smile on my face as I left enough to compel me to write a review. Give this great person a raise!
