        This condo had a nice view of the ocean, was clean, safe, and had great wifi. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen, extra towels, beach towels, sand buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The streets around were pretty quiet and the only thing we really heard was the train arm dings now and then. It was about a 25 min walk to the pier but we dont mind walking. If you dont want to walk the parking lots right by the pier were only $5 for the day. The laundry room was also tidy and the grills outside are very clean.

        Its a 2 bedroom house. The house is old but well maintained. We had no issues, everything worked well. The bathroom, kitchen, the beds, everything was fine. The house is on a cliff, as you see in the pictures. Overall, we had a great time. If this is your first time in San Diego, a word of caution. The car rental place is NOT at the airport, but quite a bit far away. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you there with your luggage. The line for the free shuttle was so long that we opted to Uber to the car rental place. The same thing is true when you come back to the airport to leave San Diego. You are better off getting an Uber from the car rental place to the airport. You might miss your flight standing in line for the free shuttle.

        Customer service with vacasa is horrible. First its hard for anyone to reply to your text and when they do it takes a long while for them to respond back again. If you call your in hold for 15 min or more!! Local 710 workers could careless to respond when vacasa asks then to. Ran out of propane so was told it would be delivered the next morning and nothing. Asked again and was told we needed to go buy it ourselves. For as much as we pay for these beach houses none of that would need to come out of my pocket! Had an issue with a guy that would not get off of our patio. Was told again a 710 person would come out and nothing! No one showed up! I will not be using vacasa again for the sole purpose of their customer service!!! When it was just 710 beach rentals it was so much better. Now you have to talk to off shores people and you can't call 710 directly you have to call vacasa.
