        Stayed here a month ago, still have yet to receive my deposit back. Whoever is in the accounting department needs to answer phone calls or at least respond to voicemails. It is fairly ridiculous to do business with a company that cannot keep up customer needs.

        Location was excellent, close to a wide variety of food near chinatown that is cheap, delicious, and opens late. Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable and quite noise insulated. The beds were large and comfy. Toilet had nice shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion. If I had to nitpick, it would only be that the water pressure and temperature are on the low side. Bottled water was not complimentary, but there are vending machines and ice makers available. Check in and out were a breeze - both were completed within 5 min.

        The hotel is very dated and in need of urgent renovation. The wallpaper is in poor condition in our room. It is very over priced for the quality of the hotel. In our room the tv was sun damaged so you could only see half of the tv. The fitting around the shower was falling off. There was lots of dust in the room. Parking was also very expensive at over $60 a night. It was about $20 cheaper to park in the secure car park across the road. Even breakfast cost extra. I regularly stay with Hilton on business trips but will now start using another hotel chain, this hotel was so poor.
