I want to share my recent unpleasant experience with ACS Law Offices to warn others considering their services. Here are the key reasons why I strongly discourage choosing ACS Law Offices: Mismanagement of Payments: I made a payment to ACS Law Offices with the understanding that they would work with a 3rd party and make the necessary payment. Shockingly, the 3rd party never received the payment, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue and request a refund for the unpaid service fee, ACS Law Offices refused to communicate or refund the money. Frequent Changes in Management: Within just one year, ACS Law Offices underwent a complete change in management. This rapid turnover raises concerns about the stability and reliability of their services. Lack of Communication: After they received my payment, ACS Law Offices never responded to calls or emails. The complete lack of communication after entrusting them with my money was frustrating and unprofessional. Failure to Work on Cases: Contrary to their promises, ACS Law Offices did not actively work on my case. I found myself constantly pushing them for updates, highlighting their lack of commitment to their clients. Endless Excuses: ACS Law Offices consistently provided excuses instead of addressing issues directly. The constant stream of explanations only added to the frustration of dealing with them. Avoidance of Responsibility: When attempting to escalate matters by speaking with a manager or the boss, ACS Law Offices conveniently avoided communication. It was disheartening to experience a lack of accountability from the leadership. In summary, my experience with ACS Law Offices has been a nightmare. I strongly caution anyone seeking legal assistance to explore alternative options. Choose a law firm that values its clients, communicates effectively, and fulfills its promises. ACS Law Offices fell far short of these expectations, and I hope others can learn from my unfortunate experience. I can provide all the proof if anyone needs it.
