You know when someone doesn't read what you write and then promptly directs you in the wrong direction? Callen Bruening Paralegal at this law firm can do just that for you. I'm also noticing this trend where the response to criticism is always "we can't represent everyone" you don't need to, but you should treat everyone with respect. Respect starts with reading what people have written.
