They will make mistakes in your application and you will have to call and email them multiple times for them to fix it (as was my experience). The time you save by not having to go to the embassy will be spent following up with them to do their job correctly. I am still waiting a response from them and at this point just considering doing it on my own. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful as well

My passport arrived today. I was reading the reviews and honestly got scared but everything what they said it was delivered. My passport arrived in 5 days even the day before the date was requested. Great service.

I know this post is long but, please read: It will save you time, anixeity and money. I think it's pretty safe to say that when you go through agencies such as this. They play on your emotions. Which is pretty much what happened to me. They know that certain restrictions on travel have been lifted because of Covid, so they promise you an expedited passport for an exorbitant amount of money. Additionally, another reason for the cost being so high is because a lot of state run agencies, that expedited passport in normal times, are not taking any more appointments for expedited service because they're backed up for at least another 17 to 18 weeks due to these travel restrictions being lifted. On 9/21/21, I submitted all the required documents for an expedited passport through CIBT. I was told that I would get the passport within a week. Additionally, I was told that within the next two days, they would deduct a total of 746.00 from my account, and that on the following Monday, I'd receive an email stating that my passport would be overnighted by Fedex the next day, because by the time that I wanted to pick up my passport from their offices, they would be closed. None of this never happened! Throughout this whole process, I took the initiative to follow up with CIBT as they never deducted the funds from my account when they said they would. Finally, on Monday 9/27, they deducted the funds and said that Fedex would overnight it the next day. That never happened. When I inquired to CIBT and Fedex about my package, they placed all of the responsibility on Fedex. Fedex claimed that the driver delivered the package at a certain time, however, I have a security camera in the front of my home and the timestamp on the camera, never confirmed that the driver never showed up. To make matters worse, CIBT could make it right by refunding the funds yet they won't as they claim it's out of their hands and I have to contact Fedex, in spite of the fact that choosing they are the ones that took care of the shipping for me. I contact Fedex and they're saying that the "investigation can take up to 60 days to get straight. So now, I am out of almost 80.000, I have no passport and no one is willing to help because no on wants to accept responsibility.

Do not waste your time and money. We submitted our passport info in time and when we had a delay Travisa was no help at all. Every time we called they said it will be there and then when it wasnt they just kept saying "I will leave a note for the person working on it." I will never use this service or tell anyone else to use this service

Prior to me traveling to South Korea, I called CIBT and asked if I needed a Visa. They told me I did, when in truth I did not. I called the Korean Consulate and spoke with Korean Air as well as Immigration Services in ICN. All of these sources told me I did NOT need a Visa upon entry to South Korea. I would not trust this company as they give out false, misleading information. Do your own research before trusting their word.
