        Such a great experience as a tenant under Bancal, especially Kelli. The team is super responsive and really cares about each tenant and unit. Well cared for apartments, and trustworthy team!

        Hi Tammy, In response to your comments regarding fraudulent activity at your business, please update us all why your company Bancal and you have been cited by the Department of Real Estate for Section 12675 - Unlawful exhibition of false or altered instrument of evidence to public officer or board? They are also recommending to revoke your license. Thank you.

        Kelli was my property manager this past year as I rented a condo unit that was managed by BanCal. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelli and BanCal to any prospective home owner or tenant. Kelli was always super helpful, kind, and professional. She was able to help out with multiple questions throughout the year in a timely manner, and helped our requests not fall through the cracks with the condos HOA. BanCals online maintenance platform and rental payment were also easy to use. Thank you for all your help!
