Everything went well till i got to check out, we started off all good till we told the worker named Melissa D that we had rewards and she didnt tell us step by step what to do because we didnt really know what to do, she gave us attitude after we asked her questions and saying how on her side of the computer they couldnt see rewards which i understood then later on she asked for her managers help because she was so over the whole situation and same to the manager she gave attitude and couldnt help us solve the problem out with rewards and said the same thing about not being able to see peoples rewards which i understood AGAIN.. instead of that whole thing happening both of them shouldve told us step by step what they needed from us so that they can take our rewards. Not very helpful.
