They billed my partner for out-of-network services despite the employee explicitly confirming that the service was in-network when asked prior to the appointment. We asked that they review the bill and, to no surprise, they took months to look into and eventually charged our credit card for the balance regardless.

I love the idea that you can go to this place, without having medical insurance. They serve you quickly, all you have to do is make an appointment early so you can choose the time that best suits you.
