BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Terrible service, the restaurant was empty and we would have liked to sit at a certain table, but they wouldn't let us. We wanted Pepsi, but there was only diet Pepsi, no straw. My dish was pasta and shrimp, and they weren't able to peel the shell off the shrimp. And there were noodles of another kind. First and last time.

It was a nice lunch at the bar. The big news is that this rating doesn't matter because this BJ's location is closing soon to become affordable housing.

They are closing permanently-two days from now. We went to say goodbye, as we have spent many, many years coming to BJ's. Sad..

I wish I had more hands so I could give BJ's four thumbs down! If you knew me, you'd know I'm not one to criticize or complain. I gave the benefit of the doubt during my experince here multiple times and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in recent memory. Everyone working there seems depressed. A few examples: 1) It's at 25% capacity but the hostess says it'll be a 25 min wait because there's only one server, I count at least 6 on the floor.2) Server is mucho robotic in every sense possible3) Food takes 45 mins to come out4) Was never given utensils or napkin, can't find anyone to give us some. Forced to eat with our hands. 5) Similarity, 15 mins after we're done eating, can't find anyone for the check, figure out you can pay via the QR code on the table6) had to leave our leftovers on the table, because we can't find anyone to give us a boxAdvice to management: this experince is your fault so don't you dare blame the staff. Pay your workers a living wage so you can be properly staffed.
