Picked up a nice X1 last Saturday, with M package. I just feel I did not get a good value this time. I will have to shop around a bit more the next time. This was my fourth BMW at the same dealership from the same sales person. In the past the pricing was competitive, but this time I felt I did not get the right price. We are a two BMW family. My sister has a BMW as well and buys from the same dealership. They are on their 5th. BMW. They may choose another dealer because of my experience this time.

After receiving a pre-approval from Sacramento Credit Union, I started shopping for a great deal on a low mileage certified pre-owned BMW 840i Gran Coupe. After a week of searching I found a new listing for one at Crevier BMW in Santa Ana. The listing was so new that there was no photo available; just the price, mileage and interior + exterior colors (which all met my requirements). I immediately submitted a request for additional information. Shortly after submitting the request, Sales Consultant Grant Lapham sent me a personalized video walking me around the exterior and interior of the car (which was absolutely stunning). In addition, Grant sent me the build sheet for the car which indicated that it was speced with every available package (except the Bowers and Wilkins sound system). After sleeping on it for a weekend, I contacted Grant and informed him that I was interested in the vehicle and would be making the trek to Santa Ana. Since my main concern was the vehicle selling before I arrived, Grants manager allowed for me to reserve the vehicle by providing my travel itinerary. Upon arrival, Grant warmly welcomed me and we proceeded to go on a test drive. During the test drive Grant provided helpful information pertaining to the functions of the car and we chatted about the Santa Ana area. Based on the test drive, I was 100% sold on the vehicle. Knowing that I would be exhausted from the 6.5 hour drive, Grant thoughtfully had all of the paperwork filled out (only needed was my signatures). In addition to the traditional contracts, Grant provided me with the vehicles maintenance history (very important -especially when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle), indicating that it was previously leased and meticulously maintained. After completing the paperwork, Grant introduced me to Finance Manager Long Leho. Long was very pleasant and did a great job of explaining every document and my financing options. Since I came in with a pre-approval, the financing process was the quickest that I have ever experienced. Also, I loved that Long did not seek to pressure me into purchasing additional service (e.g. window tinting). After signing all documents, I met Grant outside who was putting the temporary license plates on my freshly detailed car. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my first BMW from an actual BMW dealership (versus a dealership like CarMax), I thoroughly enjoyed how informed and transparent both Grant and Long were. Also, I did not feel any stress or pressure from either of them; if anything, it was a fun experience and made me realize why they have so many return customers. When my wife is ready to purchase the BMW SUV of her desire, Crevier BMW will be our destination of choice!

Amazing experience all the way around! Car buying is notoriously one of the most uncomfortable experiences on earth, and while it can still be overwhelming (the options, features, colors, size, etc) Daniel at Crevier did a really great job simplifying, explaining, and streamlining the process. Overall the dealership is well laid out and has a great selection of vehicles. I would highly recommend checking them out if youre in the market for a new vehicle. Also the service department is OUTSTANDING!! One of the things most people dont think about when buying a car is that youll basically never see the sales or finance people again but every time you bring the car in youll be working with the service department, so thats the team you really want to be strong. Crevier has a wonderful service staff all the way around but Rudy Vega is the BEST!! Absolute star from drop off to pick up, explaining everything and making sure the service is done right. The service department is make or break for a dealership, imo, and Rudy and the Crevier team are fantastic!! Highly highly recommend this dealership overall, give them a look!
