In summary, I strongly advise against leasing this place unless you plan to stay for only one year. They consistently increase the lease every year with no room for negotiation. New tenants are offered significant promotions, while existing tenants face a 10% yearly increase. The price disparity is evident, with current 2 bed/2 bath apartments listed at $3100, but renewing tenants are charged $3400. Additionally, new tenants receive a $5890 discount upon signing a lease, making it a $700 difference. This situation is quite disappointing, and we have decided to move out of this place.

Pros -Kind and timely maintenance staff -some very nice neighbors -good price for 1 year of leasing Cons -loud complex with loud music and people -lots of yelling, running children sometimes in the parking garages & areas (very unsafe!) -pedestrian and parking gates often broken & left open with duct tape or bricks, allowing nonresidents to come in and yell -got our bike stolen even though it was locked -dog poop everywhere! Despite the trash bag dispensers, not a lot of people picked up their dogs poop :( -Termites and cockroaches in our place despite us being very clean -lots of trash in common areas -- there was an open box of noodles that was in front of where we lived. Squirrels ate it for about a week until it was cleaned up. Lots of wrappers and chicken bones discarded on the sidewalks. -during our lease, the tenants above us installed a bidet incorrectly which caused SEWAGE to leak onto our HEADS in our bathroom -the office is permanently closed. Management works from home and you have to use a ticket system to communicate with them. Id understand this WFH if it were the height of the pandemic, but now it really changes the experience. It might be a lot cleaner or different if management were here every day. Ive never had face to face interaction with someone from management.
