Matt and Sunny were great and made sure I was kept in the loop. Matt worked to get my car back to as close to factory new as possible and battled the insurance company with me. They went above and beyond what I was expecting!

Highly recommended, specially if you have a Tesla. I was able to get a quote online by simply sending pictures of the car and a description. I called to discuss the quote and ultimately set an appointment. They provided a decent customer service, but more importantly, they did a great job at repairing the damage, they were able to deliver on the estimated date from the start and the final due amount was very close to the quote. They were definitely more expensive than other non-Tesla certified body shops but they werent the ones with the highest quote either. Another body shop quoted twice as much as CARSTAR did and had lower ratings than Carstar. If you arent much concerned with pricing, then go with this one, it will be worth it in the end. Based on the great reviews here on Google, I had Carstar Chilton repair minor side-swipe damage on my Model 3. Communication during the repair was great, and the car was repaired and returned to me on time. After I brought the car home I immediately noticed that the repaired clear coat had severe orange peel texture to it. I email the shop and they agreed to fix it, which they did within a day. But the longer I have the car, the more issues with the quality of the repair I am finding. There are paint drips in places I didn't notice before, and the windows they removed while doing the repair are so scratched up its like they left them on the pavement. They also just didn't do a great job cleaning up after themselves, I had to personally clean many areas where there was overspray, dirt/dust, or other unknown residue from the repair process. Even though the staff all seem like really great people, I would not recommend this shop due to their lack of attention to detail and overall workmanship quality. Service: Painting

Very friendly staff and the continuous updates helped me keep track of repairs and delivered it three days before promised date. Didn't exceed more than the initial estimated costs.
