I have been to Italy twice and the food I had from this food truck is truly amazing. It reminds me of some of the places I visited in Italy including Rome, Amalfi coast and the Island of Capri. The gentleman is actually an Italian who has previous experience in preparing Italian dishes. They have great pizza including Margherita Pizza (my favorite), Caprese pizza (I highly recommend because of the best flavors from mozzarella cheese, basil and pesto sauce). Eccellente ! Also, another recommendation of mine is their pasta such as Spaghetti Carbonara and Pasta Alla Arrabbiata. Gustoso! Dont forget to try the crepes & coffee. Squisito! I want to add that they have excellent customer service. La Baia brought back some good memories and I hope you give it a try. Arrivederci. Ciao! Leonardo
