Sunview Lending recently helped me with a interest rate reduction loan, to lower the IR on my home. The process was almost to easy! Few personal documents required and they saved me a lot of money on my monthly mortgage payment, and it will result in a large annual savings. Roland, who saw me through the entire process, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. His timing on the closing of the loan was impeccable. Im going to be honest here, im a extremely skeptical person but i liked that instead of calling me 40 times a day i got a text message , i went with it because I was curious and what do you know, the deal was alot better than anyone else, Jason promised and he came through, this company is grade A!!! cheers and thanks for the hard work
