The salesperson mislead me about the price of a phone and bundled it with a bunch of accessories that I didn't need, and she signed me up for an insurance plan that I didn't want that I found out about when my auto pay went through. Very shady business practices. I do not recommend.

This particular store has a staff that knows all there is to know about their plans, their phones and pretty much within minutes CAN DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU the customer and the needs we have to keep up to speed with communication technology at present in this ever-changing world around us... Fast, friendly, knowledgeable.... outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE..... WHICH, TO ME..... IS THE TRAIT THAT I NEED MY SERVICE PROVIDER TO EXCELL IN.... EVERYONE SHOULD USE CRICKET..... CHECK IT OUT

Im a cricket wireless customer for over 2yrs I was out of town having problems with my phone and went into this store and I just want to thank Lisa and Marline for being so kind and helpful in a time I needed help and support more then they will ever know thank u ladies so much ill be for forever greatful companies need people like u two thankfully cb tha u phone and

Their app doesn't take my cc for some reason but the store does so I have to pay $5 more! But when I go to pay, 80% of the time the store is closed during normal hours! I wait or come back to find out their "system is down" and I can't pay. They even tried to charge me a re connect fee!! In a word, cricket sucks!!!!
