Gross negligence of people and their time. Provide false information and negligence of health of the lower socioeconomic Hispanic community. Came to this branch because was sent for x-rays. Maylin said no techs. They leave as they please. She also said. Try another medical facility that will chatge you more. They can possibly help elsewhere. No concern or accountability. Try other medical provider like Cherry Clinic for Cutler Orosi. I do not recommend FHCN at all to anyone.

The doctors are great , the ppl at the front desk not so much , very bad communication and canceled my appointment and didnt let me know. Had me waiting for hours

Sad that not many people arent having the same experience Im having here. Ive seen many people here in the OB/Dental field and they have all been absolutely wonderful people who are excellent at their jobs!

If you want poor service come here Even when you have an appt schedule you will wait at least 45 min to get called and another 30 min in the back to wait for a doctor The doctors have no idea what is wrong with you and when you actually get a good doctor they end up finding out you have kidney disease while every other doctor here couldnt diagnose me.. The referral process takes an eternity even when you dont need to have a prior authorization. Its horrible. They send me to specialist who do not have an actual business license (are in the process of getting their practice license). I had a bill for 1200 because apparently they made pcp aware yet I wasnt told any of this info.

How do you know a hospital is good ? When they take good care of their patients and prioritize what's most important like surgery. It took 2 weeks just to get a doctor's note something that should take an hour or a min to do. I've been waiting months to get a call or update on getting surgery even had 2 ER trips but still to this day haven't gotten any information they say it's your "insurance" that takes forever but I don't think that's the case because I had to go to a different town in a different hospital and it took them only a week to find me a place for my surgery. The service here is a joke it needs a better system of getting things done quickly. The people there are kind and try to be helpful but if I have to go to a different hospital to get the proper help I need then it's not worth going to.
