Next Level Sims

Garner Technologies did an outstanding job installing and customizing our new golf simulator. Brandon and Garner Technologies came out and walked us through getting our basement ready for installation and recommended the right equipment and options for our space. Brandon also gave us great ideas on how to "finish" the area by making the simulator look like it was a custom part of the house and adding value to our home. This was our first simulator purchase and I cannot even begin to describe how knowledgeable and helpful Garner Technologies was throughout the entire process. They showed up on time every day and left our basement clean at the end of every day until the project was completed. Had it not been for Brandon and Garner Technologies, I most likely wouldn't have completed my golf simulator purchase. If I'm ever considering another golf simulator purchase or an upgrade to this system, Garner Technologies will be the only call I will make.

I just finished reading the earlier review about Brandon. I understand where the reviewer is coming from, sounds like a difficult situation. My experience with Brandon was the complete opposite. I met Brandon as he was the installer who was contracted to install my Full Swing golf simulator. He did an amazing job. I then decided to let go the large AV company that I was using who were very expensive and were stumbling along with my AV needs, and Brandon stepped in and took great care of me and now my system works great and he was at least a couple hundreds dollars less than the bigger AV company was quoting me. I recently have referred at least 2 other friends to Brandon for both simulator set-up and AV needs, as I trust him 100%. His work is top notch and pricing is much better than the big AV companies.

Well Brandon comes highly regarded by himself. He is knowledgeable and when he does work it is quality. But the bigger picture is professionalism, respect, honor, integrity which unfortunately he lacks. He is not dependable unless he sees a big pay day. He is expensive and if he doesn't feel like he can squeeze enough $$$ out he strings you along while chasing bigger deals. We spent 2 months trying to get him to repair and replace items in our security camera system at our car wash. We placed an order, they said it only took a week to get from the manufacturer and yet they totally blew us off. A $2,500 job apparently was not enough for him. I don't begrudge anyone's business model as to the jobs you are willing to work but when you accept an order for a DVR install and you commit to someone, you commitment you have ordered it and we are waiting 2 months for the install date and when it comes they won't answer the phone, return calls or texts or emails and finally when they realize you expect them to honor the arrangement they disappear. It has taken over 2 months for them to finally send me an email stating they have lost their direct access to the manufacturer. The only reason they responded was I forced them to communicate by not just going away. They had the unit ordered and in hand and the reason for the delay was they had numerous jobs before us. What a crock, rather he strung me along then decided he didn't make enough money. He is a coward with me first mentality. Shame on you Brandon you have a lot to learn about running a good and honorable business!
