Liz, We committed and completed your wedding with absolutely every good intention and as specified by your emails and pictures. We were very attentive to your details to accommodate your wedding wishes in a short amount of time. It's disappointing that these ideas were approved by you in every email that was sent to you even days before the day. You had many opportunities to voice your opinion or provide us with " inspiration" pictures on what exactly you were looking for.Searching the internet for designs after your wedding and insulting our hard work is misleading. Yes, in some cases florists use holders and in some they don't. Everyone has a different artistic technique. As a florist,you are saying "everything in the flower industry is last minute because flowers die" is very inaccurate. Weddings are booked years, months in advance and are thought out with colors, designs and so forth. In cases when we can slip a wedding in, we do so with the same dedication and attention. No event big or small is different to us.Your budget wouldn't have been a topic on the situation, but it was brought up by you several times in your consultations. And don't get me wrong, you should always have a budget, but this was a major concern to you which we took into consideration. Hence the holder. Your bridal bouquet was beautiful and full like you had asked, with daisies and baby's breath wrapped in lace ribbon. I'm sure there is a way to put daisies with baby's breath as the main flower on a bridal holder but with the reasons specified above, we designed your bridal bouquet as we have for many brides in the past. Who have never had a problem "throwing the bouquet". Please understand that this was not done with any malice or ill intent.
