I felt like I was on the show punked. The guy did pretty much opposite of what I asked. I will not be going back.

I checked in and did not have an appt. An associate came out and asked for Gina. My name is Jana and wasnt sure if she meant me, as there were five other people ahead of me. I said my name is Jana, and spelled it out for her. Her response was, However you want to pronounce your name, it doesnt matter to me. I went over to the chair, told her how much much I would like cut off, she cut it and then proceeded to clean up my left side around my ear area and left the right side, as is. She did clean up my neck area. In this process, she sprayed my hair down with water. After the cut, she blew off the cut hair and took the black apron (Or, whatever you want to call it) off. She didnt dry my hair, nor offer to style it in my way. Why I gave this woman a $10.00 tip, is beyond me. Im still kicking myself. I will be back at this location, but if this associate is still there, I will avoid her.
