        Jeanene and Samara have been fantastic!!! They are both super friendly and responsive. Very quiet community. Love the layout (very livable floorplan) and the building design really limits the common walls/noise. Also, the snow removal crews have been "on it" anytime we get snow. We're very glad we decided to call Canvas home!

        We were looking at these townhomes for MONTHS. weve been here about a month now, & we are absolutely in love. the entire staff is incredible & so welcoming. Samara has been great with helping us get settled. the leasing process was also very smooth & easy!

        This residence has been one of the most unpleasant experiences for me. From the beginning, there was a lack of respect, numerous civil rights and tenant violations, and the added complexity of being represented by a fraudulent law firm I'm currently suing in federal court. Moving here may bring unforeseen challenges, including frequent fire alarms and unprecedented disrespect and harassment. This has led to the initiation of a class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court against the company and Tschetter, the frauds.

        I have always wanted to live in the Crystal Valley area, but lets be honest home prices are outrageous. I found a sweet little gem of a community called Canvas Ridge. The townhomes are spacious, have amazing views from around the property, and gives off a small town charm. The leasing agent Samara was very helpful in our decision making process moving in here. She answered our questions by email promptly and was very helpful. I honestly think this is shaping up to be a very sweet community. I cant wait till it is complete and we meet our neighbors! The nights are quiet and dark, and the people are friendly. I feel safe and most importantly, it feels like home. I highly recommend checking out this community. You wont be disappointed!
