Food here looks old, certainly not fresh. Salmons looks very dry as if they cooked 4-5 maybe more days ago. Looks like nobody is here to check the status of the meals they serve..

Definitely worst in class! We recently moved into the area and needed additional storage units in our home. We went to our IKEA store, liked the products and pricing, and decided to meet with one of their home designer experts. We had a budget of around $15,000. The person we met couldnt help us because she only did business consultations and not homes. She sent me a link which didnt work so I called customer service and scheduled a home appointment. After getting several follow up email and text confirmations I went online ant the scheduled time and after waiting 20 minutes nobody from IKEA showed up and they terminated the video! I called customer service again and was told that they would immediately contact the appropriate department who is very responsive and will get back to me ASAP. Needless to say, nobody got back to me and it looks like my appointment died in somebodys inbox. For a company the size of IKEA, the senior executives should be embarrassed at having employees ignore customers and thousands of dollars in sales.
