Mr. McCombs - In response to your review this morning. Safety and integrity, amongst other issues, are issues that we take very seriously. Rial Heating & Air Conditioning has been in business for over 30 years and we pride ourselves on providing the best service to our clients. Providing a service can sometimes mean we do in fact need to condemn a furnace and get the gas company involved for additional support. In this case, there are holes in the heat exchanger, at that point it becomes a safety issue for you and anyone living in the home. Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a serious issue and can be fatal. While it is unsettling that your perception of us is a poor one, in this case we feel we did the correct thing for the safety of all involved.
