Springs Insurance: Allstate Insurance

I have had only a bad experience with allstate. At first it was really good Troy Harper helped me get my home and auto insurance. In December they just CANCELED my policy without ANY notice. They said they sent me an email and a letter in the mail. which I never got either one of those. and then when I tried to reinstate my policy, theh told me I couldnt get the same policy I had prior to them canceling my policy. They then proceeded to tell me I had to pay almost 400$ for a new policy. THEY SUCK.

I've dealt with many insurance agents for the last 35 years but Susan Clark lacks experience - she has only been in the insurance business about 3 years. I spend alot of time calling the Allstate main line because she cannot answer questions. She lost her in-office Customer Service employee about 6 months ago and to my knowledge has not replaced him.

They kept me on their radar and continued to send me insurance information that would make a move sensible. So when I needed to make a change in my insurance I went with a company that showed me they cared about my needs.
