Other banking institutions were giving us the run around about our credit and eventually ghosted us. (It was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.) In 2018, MSF helped us when no one else would. MSF provided clear and consistent help throughout the entire process. Recently, in 2023, we relocated due to a job transfer. Big, stressful life change for us. We wanted to continue working with MSF because they took such great care of us the first time. Five years is a bit of time, but it was like nothing changed. We were met with professionalism and integrity from start to finish. Every interaction was clear and consistently helpful. We sincerely can not say enough good things about working with them. Have patience and trust the process. These folks specialize in helping their customers.

Absolutely phenominal team. I initially contacted them about 12 months out from completion of a Chapter 13. I was just trying to find info and what I needed to do in order to best position myself financially. True to the radio ad, I was contacted by a person who lived in the area and then maintained that client relationship from start to finish. Tiffany was was awesome, guided me step by step. Great team, professional folks, easy process and very knowledgable in all aspects of my situation with zero pressure or overwhelming tactics.

I have been with MSF as a customer since 2018(ish). I recently had an experience of incorrect credit reporting which was a clerical/communication error. I was able to reach out to Mr. Ken K. After speaking to him and explaining everything he knew exactly what needed to be done and the time it would take. He was very responsive and professional. He explained the process and executed the repair. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would also like to thank Mr. Michael Demorato and Mr. Jacob K. Kruger as they initially assisted me in the right direction to the correct person(Mr. Ken K.). I travel overseas frequently and can always count on the MSF team to assist me in odd matters. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for finance. THANK YOU!

It started out as a great experience though it quickly progressed into a chaotic ordeal with little to no communication and a revolving door of employees who were passive and did not provide clear and concise information to us when requested. What communication we did receive was rife with an abundance of ambiguity. We found ourselves re-submitting documentation throughout the process during working hours, requesting closing costs the day before close that should have been provided to us well in advance, and at closing we found ourselves on our own throughout the process as those involved double-booked, left early, and technological errors were encountered that further prolonged the closing process. Additionally, were dissatisfied with the proposal that we pay an additional $5,500 more for the home than we offered, $9,000 more than the home was listed for, and $7,933 more than the property appraised for in an attempt to "put cash back in our pockets" among other attempts to steer us in directions that did not suit the needs we expressly conveyed in our initial communication.
