This was my first experience working with a Realtor; for the homes we've purchased, we've worked directly with the builder. I didn't really know what to expect. Charlie and Kate made the entire process of selling our home absolutely smooth and easy; they handled all of the complexities of a remote transaction (we're in Texas, now!) gracefully and simplified the process. I was amazed how quickly they prepared the house and connected us with a buyer, and impressed with the rapid negotiation to an offer over the listing price. Now I understand the value of working with a professional team! I highly recommend Keller Williams, and Charlie & Kate for any transaction.

Frankly my experience was not good I have bought and sold 4 homes and worked with several realtors who became long term friends but my experience with Michael lyons was awful . He came across extremely rude and didnt seem to respect our boundaries .He was terrible at communicating and sent very rude messages without any regards to what the circumstances surrounding my move where . I had to sell and move very fast because of my divorce and with two young kids and a dog he made that process very difficult. I dont leave bad reviews but I think its important that others looking for a realtor know that he really needs to work on his people skills. Its not just about listing and making money - its a professional and trusty relationship because Im sure Ill purchase again in Colorado.After he got his cut from my home be basically sent me one last rude message because my movers forget to pack a drawer and he stopped responding/ I tried calling to see what I oui did he ignored and didnt feel the need to call back. I actually chose to work with him because a mutual friend recommended him and Im all about supporting black businesses but in hindsight I should have stock to the person I had in mind Well its a lesson learned and I wont be recommending any of my friends to utilize them .
