I had a wonderful wonderful experience with customer service from the employee by the name of Trevon at the Woodmen location. He greeted me with a huge smile, was incredibly conversational, eager to help, answered any questions I had, was very patient, and was in fantastic spirits. Really appreciated his enthusiasm as moving can sometimes be stressful and full of anxiety. It was refreshing to run into his energy and really hope he is applauded for his awesome work.

If i could give 10 stars i would...got me in to install an aftermarker hitch i bought online. Got it done in less than an hour and beat the competition by $300

We waited almost 2 hours for the manager to get back because the employees arent trained to pay promissory notes. In the meantime we were given a reservation that at the desk that they couldnt fill. When the manager showed up he was rude and unhelpful. He said he would not rent anything for 4 days because usually people rent uhauls for a day and then return them. We told him thats not what we needed, but It wasnt until we asked him to call another U-Haul to see if it was available that we FINALLY were able to get the reservation filled
