Coming from a background, with absolutely no accounting experience, I was in trouble! I used Quickbooks in the most basic fashion, for my business, for years. I then had to 'upgrade' to a Quickbooks Online version and that's when things got bad. Mikell stepped in enthusiastically! She patiently guided me through steps to correct and update my business accounting practices and got me and my business to where we needed to be, instantly! It was obvious that she knew exactly what to do and assisted me, a complete unknown, in making things right. She immediately put me at ease.
