Everything was great except a lof of loud noises from colfax main road Unfortunately it makes you feel kinda unsafe. Nothing wrong w the building Alrx was helpful but just the area.Sloan lake is very close thats the pros. And also when it comes to returning deposit they are not really responsiveand it is frustrating. More than a month since I left the building still havent got my deposit.

Have lived here for 6 months now and cant say enough good things about the property, the staff, and the other residents. Always a safe and clean place to call home.

I'm approaching my first month with the unit so i've been able to somewhat process my experience so far and I'll probably give a review when i do move out to reflect on my overall experience so my rating might be different then. With that said, my initial review is broken down to a list of Pros and Cons: Pros The floor plan while not the most generous in sq ft. is highly ergonomic. The Leasing office is nice and responsive. Uri, the maintenance worker is awesome and easy to work with to address any unit problems. Great Lighting in the Unit. Cons DO NOT get a unit facing the street as you will constantly hear noting but street level noise and the windows won't do anything to soundproof your place. So if you're sensitive to noise or if you need silence for remote work then i would take that into consideration. I have had to put in a significant amount of work orders for some major and minor issues. While maintenance does get back to you respectably, it does indicate a lack of inspection and upkeep once someone has moved out. Some the stuff in the unit is dated and could use an update. I highly recommend to NOT be like me and carefully study the unit on your tour if possible so that you can get all discrepancies fixed prior to moving in to avoid any additional stress.

This property is incredible. Loved the staff as their customer service was incredible! Alex Buechler, the property manager is absolutely amazing! Took care of absolutely everything I needed and was extremely hospitable. That woman needs a pay raise because she is incredible!
