The coaches here truly care about their members and work closely with each and every one of them to improve their ability while also keeping them safe. This is an excellent spot to learn boxing with no experience and stay safe while doing so. They also have a solid group of advanced fighters for anyone competitive looking to up their game.

Tao of Boxing provides good classes at all levels. I have had an amazing experience since getting a membership last year. I started with learn like a fighter and I have been seeing my improvement. Now I am taking the fighter fundamentals classes. All the coaches have been very helpful with my development and the understanding for the sport of boxing. I have been able to even lose weight, gain strength and learn a combat skillset I never thought I would get into. Thank you to Tao of Boxing!
