Came here to upgrade my phone. Was offered insurance and very clearly declined. The representative still put it in my account along with multiple other charges I did not request. This store engages in deceitful selling tactics.

The manager of this store sold me a promotional deal that does not exist. AT&T sales representatives will tell you anything to get you to purchase more, they dont have to be truthful. I have learned this the hard way as despite endless efforts to get AT&T to uphold the deal I was actually sold, they will not. You cant email anyone, you cant talk to anyone directly, all you can do is waste hours of your time to have someone submit an escalation ticket for it to only get denied. AT&T will lie to you and there are no consequences and the manager of this store, Zach, knows this and uses it to deceive customers into getting locked into deals that dont exist. If youre going to buy from this store, bring a lawyer to read to the fine print of everything before you sign your name on anything. Read other comments here and you can see Im not the only one who has had these types of issues.
